What To Do This Spring at Sedona Slate

It’s finally spring Sedona Slate residents! We are already loving the warmer weather and cannot wait to spend more time in the sun, soaking up some rays. 

 

One way to spend more time outside is to take your workouts outdoors. At Sedona Slate, we encourage our residents to take advantage of the beautiful surroundings and enjoy a variety of outdoor workouts.

 

There are then so many activities and events taking place right in our backyard of Arlington, VA. 

On Saturday, April 8th, check out The Comedy Karaoke Trivia Funtime Show, a fantastically overwhelmingly combination creating a one-of-a-kind event blending together a trivia competition, karaoke battle, and world-class stand-up comedy. 

 

Then, on April 13th hosts the Internet-sensation comedian K-VON at the Arlington Cinema and Drafthouse. Self-identified as the “most famous half-Persian comedian in the world.” You will not want to miss this rising star’s comedy show and book signing. 

 

Fast forward to April 29th for the Arlington Festival of the Arts. An outdoor festival featuring handmade, made in the USA, original works of art across every medium. 

 

Back to the Arlington Cinema and Drafthouse, is the Crescent Circus Magic Show on April 30th. Performing husband and wife duo fuse their expertise in magic and circus arts in order to create a one-of-a-kind experience on stage. 

 

Finally, if you’re looking to spend more time outside make sure to celebrate some underrated April holidays. April 23rd is National Picnic Day. Set up a date with friends or a special someone, or with your family and grab a basket and enjoy a meal in the warm spring weather. April 30th is National Tye Dye Day! A super fun activity that everyone will love to participate in, and will result in a trendy fashion piece.
