Do you love trying new flavors? You’re going to want to give Greens N Teff a try, if so. This new Ethiopian spot is serving up simple dishes with complex flavors, featuring all sorts of authentic Ethiopian fare. The menu is a build-your-own plate model, so you pick a base and then a number of proteins and sides, all served in one easy carryout dish for your enjoyment.
Start with either Ethiopian injera bread or rice. Our recommendation is to go with the injera bread. Indirectly, this bread is the namesake of the restaurant as it’s made from gluten-free teff grains! If you use the bread to scoop up the rest of the food, it tastes even better. From there, you can add options like split pea stew or split lentils stew, and of course veggies like collard greens and green beans to top it off.
